Introduced to WA in 2004, Living Longer Living StrongerTM is a program for the over 50s focusing on delivering improved health, quality of life and fitness. Improving and maintaining fitness has benefits for both your physical and mental well-being at any age - it's also a great excuse to get out of the house and meet others in our friendly club.
Don't worry if you've never been to a gym before! It's our job to encourage and support you, to show you the ropes whilst also instructing you on correct technique and safety. Learning new exercises is not only a great work out for your physical body, the concentration and coordination means that you are also delivered a fantastic work out for your mind too.
